Frustration

THIS MAY SEEM STUPID, BUT HUMOR ME HERE. I HADA PLATE LIGHT ON MY 95 RUNNER GO OUT BUT ONCE I GET THE TWO SCREWS OUT I CANNOT GET THE PLASTIC LENSE OFF... IS THERE SOMETHING I'M NOT REMOVING?:help:
