front end shake

I have a 2003 tacoma TRD with 82,000 miles v6 manual. At 65-75 mph it has a shake in the front end i can also feel it in the steering wheel. It more of a shake then a vibration. Its worse when im going straight vs when im on a slight turn. Any thoughts on what it could be? Im not familiar with these front ends. ball joints dont feel like they are bad. it has new shocks and struts and new wheels and tires (about a year old) had the tires balanced and it didnt help at all.

Did you try rotating the tires to see if it stopped?

X2 On possible worn/damaged steering gear mounting bushings.

Verify any excessive play in front steering/suspension parts.

Loose fastners..?

Loose wheel nuts..?
