Cool Found a good deal on tires- can I fit them

YES- I have read all the posts, and have searched endless hours on threads looking for the answer, so I really just want to confirm my assumption. Craigslist has a set of 285-75-16 for a good price (32.8 X 11.2). I have a 99 Highlander and will eventually go with the Toytec 3" OME. In the meantime, I have been toying (HAHA) with the idea of a 4Crawler 2" BL. Now that I found the tires, I thought it would be a good time to do so....

My questions- after reading 4Crawlers site, looks like nearly no additional mods need to be done for a 2" BL. Has anyone experience any weird shift issues with the 4WD or AT shifter? How about excessive body noise from the lift ( I have never seen this discused in the threads).

I should be able to fit the new tires with the lift with-out too much rubbing... a few threads discussed trimming, but with the BL and additional 1" spring from the Highlander, I am thinking these will fit OK. I do wish they were a 270-75 or something, but the 11.2 isn't to wide.

This will be a 80% DD, and 20% medium off road rig.

Your thoughts?? (Fashizzle for your Saturday)
