Fender Flares

Hi,

I'm looking for a few thing for my Natural White 98 4Runner 4x4 5speed w/ locker.

What is the best way of finding these items and how much should I expect to pay?

-SR5 Fender Flares
-OEM Hood Bug deflector
-OEM 99+ headlights (is there a better aftermarket way to go?)
-OEM 01+ Taillights (is there are better aftermarket way to go?)
