EGR Valve
 

I have a 99 taco, 2.7 I kept getting a check engine light, the code said EGR valve flow excessive. I replaced the EGR valve and noticed that my exhaust manifold was cracked. So i also replaced the exhaust manifold. Doing both of these things i still get a check engine light. I have cleared the code multiple times. The only thing that i notice is when the truck is cold it has no power it wants to bog down. A guy at an auto parts store said it was my EGR solenoid. Any ideas???
