To DYNO or Not to DYNO???
 

Was wondering if I should have my 2nd gen. 4Runner "Dynoed". I'm having real bad performance problems, but not sure what they are. (mostly major loss of power, me thinks its the TRANNY :cry: )

Can the Dyno help me determine the probs or is this "METER" just a HorsePower meter?:dunno:

Just FYI: Midas (and maybe Sears?) dont charge you to diagnose a vehicle problem, so you might want to start with something like that. Midas doesnt work on transmissions though. You can always go to a tranny shop and go on a test drive with the guy and ask him if it all feels normal to him. Theres no shame in getting feedback from people who work on cars every single stinkin day.
