desert dune paint code
 

my door tag is scrached off i have a 97 limited 2wd it apperars to be desert dune with sliver flares and body cladding i was wondering if anyone knows the 2 paint codes for touch up.

Yeah, someone else inquired about that too...I'm not sure where to find that color code yet...I'm just painting mine to match. Not really a fan of the two separate colors.

what year is your 4runner? i do painting and paint touch ups at work and they have a computer there that sometimes gives paint codes for the trim and cladding, i could check for you. that desert dune is hard to match though just fyi, i got some touch up from toyota and ordered cans at two other places and they are all different. i haven't mixed up a batch from the computer program at work yet, but i would assume it's probably faded some and the paint won't match without a spectrometer thingamajobber.

thanks for all the help im probally going to just paint the flares and cladding desert dune also, how hard is it to remove limited flares and cladding, it looks to be a pain, it would be alote cheaper if i remove the peices and prep them for paint.
