Custom Roof Rack

Here's the latest pics of the lights spaced out a bit, painted and wired...

Guess the pics are a bit dark, but you get the idea.

Hi Ducky,

I am wondering how you attached your roof rack to the rail? I am thinking about having a rook rack made because I want it as close to the roof as I can get it like yours, but I would need to know how to attach it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
--Acid By the way, I think your rack looks great

I like the way your rack came out. I made a custom rack also. I will probably be adding some lights to mine once I get the funds to. I will post a couple of pics.

Wow that looks nice! =)

Acid burn: If you take off the removable bars it leaves you with the two rails that runs on either side of the rig, back to front, if you look in the rails there are 5 on each side, square nuts that slide in the rail... I used those... bought 10 stainless bolts long enough to go through my rack into those nuts...

hey cubuff4runner,
Are you taking orders for your roofrack? It looks very nice. I can't wait to see your front bars too.

I would make roofracks, rocksliders, and other parts to sell, I have been hit up by many of my buddies, but my dad's metal shop is 150 miles away so I only get small periods of time to do the work.
