Will 32 " tires fit an unlifted 2nd gen. pickup?

I have a 94 pickup with 31 10.5s on it with no rubbing or lift what so ever If I were to buy say some 32 11.5 inch bfg mud terrains would they fit with the proper back spaced wheel. If so what would the backspacing be. If you have a picture of your tuck with no lift and 32 lets see it. :saw:

Anyone fot pics of second gen truck and 32"s

green91runner 03-12-2005 09:01 PM

i dont know if its the same for the trucks, but i read that 2nd gen runners have very minimal rubbing with 32x11.5, if any at all. and i think 94 is classed as a 3rd gen truck? but i could be wrong.

Definatly a 2nd gen. any pics of a truck with 32 and no lift any body.

when i had my 31s on my 4runner the guy at big o said i could go 32s with the torsion bars cranked and a coil spacer in the rear. since you have a truck you could crank the torsion bars and put like a 1.5" block in the rear. Blocks are really easy to install. The torsion bars im not to sure of. it couldnt be to bad of a price. sorry no pics.
Hope this helped

I "m just gonna stick with some good ole 31"s

You could fit 32s. As long as they're on 8" or 7" wide rims. If need be, trim the valance. The rear should be just fine. The only other thing you might have to do is pound the inner fender/firewall.

van7559 03-12-2005 10:49 PM

Not down with poundin on my truck it only has 67k orig. and is in perfect shape. I use it not abuse it

van7559 03-12-2005 10:59 PM

Sweet you run lower gears in your thirds or not?

DudeBud 03-12-2005 11:18 PM

nope 4.10

BeaterToyota 03-13-2005 02:19 PM

32"s fit just fine with no lift. I had them on the truck before I took the bed off and made this ugly-ass flat bed:

32's will fit fine. Go with the ball joint spacer and a couple of extra leaves in the back and run some 33's!

Heres some pics of my 94 runner. I went from 31x10.50 michelins in the first pic to 32x11.50 Yoko Geolander ATs in the second. I haven't done any trimming or cranking yet, but haven't really done and wheeling either. It does rub just a bit on tight tight turns, but nothing that a dremel to the valance or t-bare crank can't fix.
