Cold Start Problems
My '92 4runner is having problems starting when its cold. The gas has to be pumped quite a bit, which isn't usual for it since I've had it. It barely started up today and seems to be getting worse by the day. The car also is having poor acceleration/performance at all times recently. I've done standard maintenance lately like plugs, cap & rotor, fuel filter about a month ago. I'm wondering if it is something fuel related (ie fuel pump, regulator, injectors, or cold injector)? Or possibly the throttle? The electrical system seems fine and starter turns over fine and starts up w/o problem when warm. I don't have a clue where to start looking or what the obvious solution is other than to fork over tons of $cash$. Any suggestions, experience with the same problems, or help would be appreciated. Thanks!
