Changing the belts.

Hopefully this is the correct place for this question. Also I tried searching and couldn't find anything.
Can I change the belts on my 2002 4wd 4Runner without having to take the skid plates off? I had a 97 Tacoma that I did the change on years ago and can't remember if I did or not.

Nope, the tensioner for the A/C belt is only accessible from underneath.
