Cargo Box
Hey guys,
Well I decided to make a trip home so that pops and I could have some father-son bonding time...and the result was a cargo box! We built one similar to Jalaber's setup, and once I can get ahold of my roommate's camera, I will try to snap some pics of it. Anyway, although it isn't pretty, I am very happy with it. It actually holds quite a bit of stuff! I'm especially happy since it's my first venture in woodworking!
Also, just want to thanks Jalaber for all of his help and tips - I really appreciate your assistance.

Lee,
Mine definitely isn't as elaborate as yours...or as good looking. But hey, it will suit my needs just fine...the cheaper the better for us college students!

Hopefully I will have some by the end of the week. I'll put them on my webshots site.
I will also try to get some of my Mag-lite mount, new Husky liners, Hella's, Aisin's, and mud flaps. Man, it really has been a while since I've taken some pics of my rig!!

That is an awesome box. I really like the look and the color of the wood looks great with the carpet. Do you use that to store your fire gear or EMT gear in?
On a side note, in May, I am going to be an EMT (barring I pass the state test of course). I was just wondering if you carry a medical kit with you at all and what is all in it. I want to carry something, not to whack calls, but if I were to come upon something while driving. Any suggestions. Thanks! :fireman:

Alright guys, I have added all my new photos to my Webshots folder, so check them out and let me know what you think:
http://community.webshots.com/user/ctbtiger
These pics include all of my latest mods - Aisin Hubs, Hella 500's, removed chrome fender trim, Inclinometer, Cargo Box, Mag-lite install, and whatever else I put in there.
Thanks again for all of your help with the box Jalaber. I know it isn't pretty, but it suits my needs perfectly!

As long as it fits what you need it to then it was a success. Put carpet on it and it will look great. I have my top hinge towards the window as I have the tonneau cover, otherwise looks very familiar. Nice Job.
