can i put 265/75/r16's on my factory 2002 taco??

the 4 runner's height is different from the tacomas. the tacomas i beleive sit lower than the 4 runners... i may still get the 265/75/16. i dont see it rubbing from some reason. i have plenty of well room left even with 245/75's... but you guys say it does. lol.. tough decision!!

I thought you was putting it on a Tacoma..A 4Runner you'll be fine with 265/75/16 I put them on my friends 4Runner no rubbing at all and his is a 1994 stock...

This is an old ticket but right on topic for my question.

I'm planning to get 265/75/16 for my 03 Taco DC 4WD.

Regarding the mud flaps, the the bolt heads what contact the tire? Would some sort of flat head fastener resolve the issue like what Expeditions West did to the splashguard to fit 255/85 R16 tires?
