BIG Tire Rub Issues???

I'm running 32x11.50s BFG AT KO's under my Runner, I just got it lifted 2.5" and the dang tires are still rubbing on the upper control arms. It's really starting to scare me that they are doing this, why are they doping this and how can I fix this? Please help guys, you've never failed me yet.

yea, the lift isnt gonna make the rubbing any better. but grinding off about 4mm of your a-arms will help, thats what i did!

your wheels offset is wrong, you need a less + offset ( new wheels )or grind the arms.

That's strange... are you running them on factory rims? 15" or 16"? I've got 32-11.5/15 on my rig and I only rub on the rear fender at full flex. My control arms aren't an issue. Rev is right though, just strange you're rubbing there with a 32 (assuming you are on factory rims).

Yup stock 15x7 wheels. I'm gona get my mechanic to grond down my arms for me a bit, and then I'm gona be in te market for some American Racing 767 Series, the black wheels. I think the all black look will be sweet. Will backspaced wheels really make a difference in the rubbing dept.?? I think it would, but I would like to hear from yall.

yes, thats pretty much the only reason reason why anyone on the board gets new wheels.

Hell yeah, that is one sweet rig man, that is what I want mine to look line, black on black. What kinda tires and what size are you running on that 96', and do you have any bur issues? What did you do to fix the rub, anything aside from the wheels?

Sorry about all the ?s I'm just curious to see a rig like mine and w/ the things that I would like to have on mine, just anxious to understand.

How far do you want to drive? There's plenty of good places in E. Tennessee.
