I am about to mount 4 hella 500's on the front of a 97 4runner. I am mounting them on the top of the bumper evenly spaced between the headlights ie right in front of the grill. Should that be too much in the way to block flow to the radiator, nothing is blocking the lower slits for airflow to the radiator? Has anyone else have this set up?

Shouldn't be a problem. I know a member here had 3 Hella 500's on the front of his (Tacoma, possibly) and it wasn't an issue. I can't recall who but they had/have it as their avatar.

I had a pair of Hella Comet 550s on mine the same way.

Four not a bit much for the front bumper?

Shouldn't be a problem.......a buddy of mine has four on his tacoma, and he's never had any issues.

i had 4 huge kc daylighters across the front of my 91 p/u and it didnt cause a problem at all

i am prolly going to upgrade the middle lights to 100 watts, or some other bulbs
