anyone with an Optima own a custom made hold down?
I am looking into getting one of these custome billet battery hold downs. The guy sels them on ebay and they are made in his shop.
Link to what I am referring to: http://stores.ebay.com/Wieland-Custom-Machine
I am curious if anyone has one of these or can advise on something similar?
thanks in advance

Just checked out the WabFab kits - they look pretty solid but I am looking for some engine dress up AND something specifically for the Optima.
I am real curious id anyone with a 3rd gen runner owns one of these kits?
Link to kit I am considering:

I made my own for total cost of approx $10 in metal to mount my aux battery (optima blue top). See pic here. Although it's not a great pic, it's all I have here at work.

I could not hold out any longer, these things are just that good from what I hear.
I went ahead and did a buy it now on the "plain" model: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=230120220013
The one I purchased was for the 35R type Oprima red top.

I like the looks better too. Spiders and flamesI could do without, that is not the look I wanted but they are very cool for someone that wants that. His feedback is real good too, I read a lot of it last night debating whether to get it. I will certainely report once I receive it and install. I am thinking 7-10 days to get to me since I am overseas.
