Anyon ever seen these hubcaps?
And if so, do you know where I can get some? My buddy's 2WD '98 4Runner has these and I have never seen them anywhere else. Any clues?

did the early tacomas have those?

I personally think they are an aftermarket knock off :dunno:
None the less, they are cool looking and work for the split 3 spoke wheels and the 5 spoke wheels. I have seen them on a T-100 as well. |
I figured they would be aftermarket. I was hoping OEM, but that wasn't likely. They seem to be high quality (they've held their color since at LEAST '99 when my friend got the truck.
The reason I want these is because I want to get rid of all my ( T ) emblems on my truck (the only one I can't lose is the one on the steering wheel I believe). I already have the grill done. |
Those are stock Toyota hub caps on Tacoma's...I saw them today at the dealership on what looked to be a 2000 model or so...I can do some more searching if there are conflicting ideas, maybe take the pic with you to the dealership and walk around looking at the Taco's.
Fink:devil: |
I have 3 of them that say TOYOTA on our 4runner and one with the T. I will trade you the TOYOTA ones for the one with the T. Let me know!

I have seen these on eBay. When I bought my alloys (like yours), they didn't come with center caps, so I had to start looking on eBay. I would run across those from time to time. Check there and I am sure you will find some. They will probably be easy to win since they aren't as popular with the bidders.
Found one for sale: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Toyot...21245340QQrdZ1 |
