Another "peeve"

Maybe I'm just being "anal" but when I'm driving down the highway at night with my high-beams on that little high-beam indicator light in the instrument cluster drives me nuts!!! It's like it's burning a hole in my retina. Why was it not designed to dim with the rest of the dash lights??? Why does it need to be so prominent? Does it think it's better than all the other lights? Maybe because it's only on part-time it feels it needs make up the difference. I don't know, but I hate it! Maybe I need to spend less time driving around in the dark. Yeah that's it, I'll stop driving at night! That'll teach it! "Mr. Bright light" goes "nappy nappy". Put that in your pipe and smoke it you stupid light!!! Oh, wait... my job, shift work, off at midnight, dammit that light's got me by the short and curlies! That's it, I give up. I'm gonna start to car-pool.

P.S. I got a ride with that smelly, chain-smoking, fat guy that only showers on his birthday...That high-beam light has a pretty color don't ya think?

I had a super annoying high beam light in my 300GT (The turn signal indicators would blind you too!!) So while installing a stereo I went ahead and pulled the cluster out and put some fingernail polish on those bulbs, dimmed them down a lot but they still showed up fine in the daytime. I put a good coating on and left only a small bit of the tip not covered.

Funny post. Everything is going to be alright........... Just do as Bob said and be done with it. If you really want to see it...a little....poke a tiny little hole in the tape.
