Amsoil synthetic Tranny Oil 50 degree drop

I've been looking and reading at the Amsoil syn tranny oil claim of 20 to 50 degree drop in temps.

What have you guys that have switched from dextron to this synthetic, or say another synthetic noticed as far as a temperature drop?

Thanks
Bill

I run it in my 97. I didnt really have a good way to measure temp change, but in my rear diff i measured about a 25 degree difference with my infared gun. I made the same trip before and after for measurements.

Dude, at least put some blank lines between praising something, and then trying to get some commission fees for selling that something :saw:

i have purchased the Amsoil synthetic Trans fluid but i have yet to change it out. i've got my trans temp sender in the line that sends the hot fluid to my B&M trans cooler > then to the internal cooler in the radiator > then back to the trans. just thought i'd add that since my readings will be a little different than your readings with the sender in the pan. but, i'll let you know what i find when i get the old switched out with the new synthetic. caution: might be awhile :D

My readings comming out of the tranny in city driving range between 150-180 on a hot summer day. On the freeway it will reach 120. I do run Amsoil Universal ATF.
