Advice on removing IAC valve without stripping screws

On 3rz engine Any help would be great doesn't idle up every time ac is on drops to like 500

I never saw that engine but on my 3.4 I just take off the throttle body put it in a vice and take them off. Using a good screw driver not a cheap one

That sounds more like the ECM is not seeing the AC is turned on rather then a bad IAC

Are you getting the P0505 code.

Not a GOOD screwdriver but a JIS screwdriver. Regular Phillips will strip. Get a set of JIS drivers for anything Japanese, from Yamaha Waverunners to Canon cameras.

Most people give a blank look at JIS bolts now a screw driver??

McMaster-Carr online is where I bought a set of JIS screwdrivers several years ago.

The motor idles up some times and then not. It idled horrible when I first got truck It may be old cracked vacuum lines where can I get some of those at?

Pull them off and match the internal diameter up at the local auto parts store. Most places have vacuum hose in bulk and will cut off whatever you need.
