'97 4runner SR5 3.4L V-6 v-belts

This is my first toyota, and I am working to restore it. I need to replace the current AC/PS/Alt belts but am having a problem figuring out how to do this. I know that the Alt and the PS have one bolt each which loosens and allows the slack, but what about the middle belt? I seriously don't have the cash to spend (quoted 250.00) as I just finished having the engine rebuilt. Please, someone help.

I just did this, also make sure when losining the pulley at the bottom that you ALSO loosen the nut before adjusting tenshioner in. easy fix! no need to remove fan either the belts just go over it.
