91 to 92 grill conversion?
 

I have a 91 4runner with a painted grill and I would like to switch to the more modern 92-95 pickup grill but I am not sure what is involved. Thourgh my resurch I have found the side marker lights are not the same but the fenders are. Can I just thow on one of the newer grills and replace the side marker lights aollong with it? They look interchangeable but I'm just not sure.

The first one is the 89 and the second is a photoshop of the 92 grill.
