3rd Gen mirror removal, need help ASAP... anybody have a Haynes handy?

Taking off the mirror since I'm heading into the body shop. I have the door panel and sail off, took out the 3 bolts but there is another piece holding it on. Anybody done this before, or have a Haynes they could check it out in? I left my manual at school...

1. Remove the mirror trim panel.
2. Remove the mirror-to-door retaining bolts (3 - probably the ones you took off) and, on power mirrors, unplug the electrical connector.
3. Remove the mirror assembly.
4. Installation is reverse of removal.

So whatever is holding it on is probably the electrical connector or a clip.

You should tell the government, I bet they'd be interested in Toyota's conspiracy plans!

Anyways, why is it going to the body shop?

That was me Bob! Not the harness, there's nothing to that. There are 2 "nubs" that go into holes for alignment, on the mirror that you take off. There's a screw into one of these, from the inside out.... but NO way to get even close to putting a screwdriver on it. It's hard to explain, I might have to snap a pic tomorrow so you don't think I'm completely insane!
