Seen them once, anyone here done this or know where to purchase them?

Do not think he is talking about the tail lights, but rather the roof light. When he says - 'clear 3rd brake light', I am assuming he means the 3rd brake light above the tailgate.
And No, I have not seen a clear lense for that light...but someone else may have. |
This dude on car domain custom made his clear 3rd brake light, he got the stuff from lowes.

He just cut out some of that clear plastic stuff that covers thoes ceiling mounted florescent lights. Then put some deck screws in it.
