2001 3.4 cylinder 6 misfire. PLEASE HELP

I bought an 01 tacoma about a month ago. Every has been fine, no issues at all. Well earlier this week when driving my kid to school I get a really bad shaking when I accelerate >2000 rpm. I took it to look at the CEL. P0306.
So I swapped out spark plugs with NGKs. Still same issue.
I checked my spark plug wires with a fluke, and they checked out fine, but I haven't replaced them. I swapped around coil packs, but it's still with #6. I replaced fuel filter and replaced the fuel injector for #6 and i still have the misfire.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Compression test

So I just finished up with compression test. All cylinders were around 210, except #3 which was around 180.
also, I've been driving around quite a bit today, but my CEL hasn't come back on, or blinked at me at all.

See if the #6 wire has any arcing with a night time check.

You have a dying injector. There was a spate of failures a summer or so ago. Besides a set of eBay injectors you’ll need an intake plenum gasket set for about $20.

Was the CEL blinking when it was missing?

Fixed

So I found the problem. It was a spark plug wire. I checked them with a fluke, and they checked out fine so I completely over looked them. Should've stuck with the basics and just changed them. Stupid me lol. But thanks to everyone trying to help.

Not sure what it is but 3rd gen v6's eat spark related items on a regular basis. I've had 2 plugs go south at different times and one only lasted a year. Maybe its the intense heat inside the valve cover tube. .....
wires as well......never discount the things you've rarely ever had go bad. 3rd gen v6's are different
