04 tacoma ignition and throttle issue
 

hi new here and have 2 issues
i have a 04 tacoma 3.4L auto trd prerunner 194K miles
first
when i turn ignition off it wont turn all the way off and i cant get key out
in order to get key out i have to disconnect negative battery cable then turn key remainder and pull out then reconnect battery happens all the time

second
when applying throttle there is major hesitation occasionally almost like there is air in fuel line will happen from a stop or going down the road at random speed and RPM i usually floor it and it will spit and sputter and jerk and jump and eventually get going
ive changed fuel filter, vapor canister, plugs and wires, coil packs and run high test (happens more often when low and mid grade in tank)
