03 4runner whistling noise
 

My 03 4runner is making a whistling type wind noise. It sounds like it is coming from the front of the vehicle. The funny thing is, it only does it from speeds of about 40 - 53 miles per hour. It does it when accelerating and coasting. It does not seem to do it outside of the speeds mentioned.

The noise almost sounds like a chirping sound. Its hard to describe it exactly.

Has anyone else experienced this during these speeds? If so, what is the fix?

I think your roof rack cross members may be installed backwards. Keisur posted some info on that before. I'll see if I can find it and repost a link here.
