Truckman...... not many in the NW of WA? I know there's lots of WA Wheelers...... Thought I even saw a "Yotatech Wheelers of WA" or something in the likeness of that, lol. Maybe "PNW Yotatech Roll Call"?

Vang........ STOP BEING LAZY! hahaha. My buddy I used to spar with visited some buddies in the Diaz Gym up there and did some cruising of their harley's, etc.

Everything is slowly coming together the sun is slowly starting to set alittle later but not a whole lot. But still have to come home and babysit the two boys (dogs) before they tear down the apartment. But I hope to get it running by this weekend

Anyways off topic for a while ....

Who are you guys going for, for super bowl?

I wanted the 49ers to go just cause they were the only California team that actually got close enough but now since they're not going Im in on the giants haha

Ok here's the scoop so far. The piston rings came in and while installing it the top ring wouldn't fit into the cylinder The 1st and 2nd rings goes in nice and tight but not the top one so I really have no clue if they package the rings wrong or whatever it is. My dad is taking the rings in while I'm at work and well find out what's going on hopefully when I get off

Oh good grief! Sorry for ya, man! Hmmmmmmm, I'm anxious to see what this is, but I'd rather it just WORK FOR YA! lol.

Best wishes, Vang.

You could put the ring in the cylinder, use the top of a piston to level the ring out in the bore. Then measure the ring gap if it is way to tight the ring may be to big. It's a good idea to do that with all the rings prior to putting them on the piston. You also get a good look at your end gaps to see if they are in spec. Did you clean the groves in the piston. I take a old ring and brake it in half. Or cut it in half, then use one of the edge to clean the grove.

if you use a old ring. make sure you tape off the end you hold. that stuff will give you major paper looking cuts

Thats exactly what I did. Break the old ring in half but didn't use anything to cover the other end to prevent cuts. I already get cuts daily fixing cars haha I hate it and I can't work with gloves it's just not comfortable for me. Got a new set of rings and had not test them out yet. I'll keep you guys posted
