nice!! id do 1.5 ballljoint spacers in front and it should set pretty level and give you clearance for the larger wheels and tires.

Well from the time the wheels came off to being put back on took less than An hour. Zuk mod and new shocks installed was extremely easy. I used 3in of sch10 carbon steel pipe welded to the bump stop side to keep the spring centered. Sitting at 33.5in in rear and 34 in the front from ground to fender. Both shocks were useless. Driver side broke off as you can see in the picture. Next up is lockers bj spacers and Chevy springs.

Mobile app is crashing when i try to upload a picture so I'll do it later. Anyway i found a sweet bumper for sale on craigslist yesterday and picked it up last night for 100 bucks. He's on here but didn't catch a username. Anyways I'm having trouble getting my old one off. The two bolts that hold the body to the frame spin freely but are rusted to the steel sleeve under the frame. I'm guessing that's my problem since the hammer isn't pushing them out. Bigger hammer??

Got them out with an air hammer. A lot simpler than a 5lb hammer.

no. the holes do not line up, and it hits the fenders. i will need to make some shims at work to make it fit. it should be pretty easy.

i found some 2x2 square tubing and welded it to each side of the truck, drilled holes in it and used 4 5x8x1 bolts to bolt the bumper up. it is temporary as id like to put a flat piece of 3/16 across the entire front. beneath it will be another piece of 2x2 square tubing to mount the leafs when i get around to doing the solid front axle swap.

i found a deal on craigslist for an 85 yota front axle locked and high steer, along with a rear setup for a 4 link. i traded my corporate 14b and 300 dollars for them.

about a week ago i came across some ammo boxes so i bought a few. i think ill buy some more just because its endless what you can do with them. just now i finished my new center console.

used the original rear holes/screws and drilled into the body for the front 2 screws. very simple.

its about the same size as the original consoles outside dimensions but obviously more space inside. i will be cutting a small metal bracket with holes for the 3 switches.
