Haha nice build man! I love bobbed beds, and Copenhagen straight! Can't wait to see the outcome of this, after the lift and 35's. I would think it would be pretty underpowered, but I don't know from lack of experience.

Thanks man, you got a nice looking truck yourself you got a build thread? Ya can't beat Copenhagen. I figured it will be underpowered by far as I plan on 5.29's, I was just gonna mount the 35's with only the 2" lift to see where my ruubbing/ problem spots are, and will gently massage the metal. I just hope it will at least be able to drive back to my garage, I do not live in the mountains or anything so it's will be a mostly flat drive, but nonetheless it may/ will suck.

No build up, but a fixer up thread the truck in my pic is currently undergoing a head gasket and timing swap, got some engnbldr and dealership parts coming in this week. Yeah right now I'm sitting in the drivers seat listening to Hank jr. And smoking a cigar haha. After the engine I'm swapping in a new clutch. Enough about me, yeah the 35's will undoubtably look awesome, and you may have a little rubbing, only on reaaaal tight turns I would think. Later on I'll be adding a two inch lift and 33's. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread, can't wait for the bj spacer install. For your rear end lift did you get blocks or suspension? Thanks have a great night all.

The rear end is an aal. I may just do shackles instead. Will be installing the lift thursday and friday and will try to take a few pics. Never done a bj spacer before so should be interesting, oh how I miss coil springs haha. As far as aal, done a few of those. I will let you know how it goes.

How much does aal run you? I've got no lift on my truck, but I want it. Sweet man, I'll be sure to check it out!

Kit from toytec was 200. I am actually selling it on Craigslist and in Denver if interested. Decided to just do some metal massaging to make 35s fit. I mounted them the other day and was suprised how much clearance I still had. I am just debating on the suspension now. Either total chaos or blazeland longtravel IFS or SAS and go with some Chevy 63's in the rear. As for AAL s, they are cheap. Just got a set of 98 civic buckets and some toyota brackets. I will be working on the interior now. I also just completed my side skirt chop and truck bed coated the lower half of the truck. Then the plan is to bob the bed to the specs of a double cab tacoma 96-04, so I can order a soft topper from that year and model for my truck. Will have pics up soon, I am slacking in that department.

Check out my thread titled Future plans and SAS in SAS fab section for all people debating IFS LT vs SAS. The knowledge in this thread is incredible and will inspire the suspension portion of my build.
