22re code 31 on 89 pickup
 

Started with replacing my tps twice and it reads good, replaced my vafm and harness with no change. It will only run for 5-10 seconds unless stepping on the gas. It had both codes 31 and 24 but code 24 cleared when pulling the fuses out and putting them back in.

checked for vacuum leaks as well and fixed what I found with no improvement.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated I’m at a complete loss.
