1989 Toyota 3.0 pickup won't start

So here is the deal, I pulled my 1989 Toyota pickup with a 3.0 and did an egr delete, headers, new fuel pump, fuel filter. Tried to start it and wouldn't even try to fire. I have fuel, and spark. So anyways I went ahead and changed efi relay, checked all fuses, changed circuit opening relay, fuel pressure regulator, injectors (the Bosch 4 hole), plugs, cap, rotor, ohmed out cold start relay and timer. The truck will still not fire. Am I missing something because I am about to loose my mind. Please help thanks.

if you have fuel and spark, why change the plugs, cap, and rotor? were you expecting the new ones to magically make it start, even though the ones you tested produced spark (according to you)?

spark, fuel, and compression. what are your test results on compression?

I thought maybe I was not getting the correct intensity of spark so it may be drowning out and also it has been a loooooong time since I changed them out so couldn't hurt

Yes, because Toyota components are bullet-proof and problems are often caused by poor wiring or assembly job. Did you double check those?

the point isn't to replace correctly functioning parts. that will do nothing, except waste your money. if you tested for spark, but replaced those anyway after confirming spark, you had no business expecting they would solve your non-start issue. probably going to need a MM to chase down the issue, unless you can see the electrons (after all, you are a whirly-bird mechanic).

COR rarely fails, unless obviously affected by water leaking down the inside of the A-pillar.

hell, did you use a paperclip to jump the b+ and fp terminals in the diagnostic terminal?

So show a little respect for the people that don't know anything. When I do.
i'll be sure to avoid flying in those helicopters. you had a truck that worked. you performed some relatively simple work in deleting the egr (who knows why you chose to do that?), added headers, changed the fuel pump and filter, and for added fun, changed out the COR, cap, wires, and rotor. and after all that, you have a truck that will no longer start. what's that say about all that experience you have?

meanwhile, i am decidedly not a mechanic, nor have i ever worked as one. however, i have worked on dozens of other vehicle engines of mine over the years dating from the 1930s to the 1990s, along with hundreds of small engines in various pieces of equipment, along with the 3vze in my 4runner.

in that 3vze, i was able to replace the knock sensor and pigtail. this involved pulling the upper intake plenum and lower runners, fuel rail, upper timing cover, and idler pulley. i also replaced the leaking exhaust gasket at the manifold flange. realigned the timing belt and cam (since the belt slipped on the cam during the procedure), put everything back together, and it started with zero issue, the very first time i attempted to start it after finishing the knock sensor/pigtail replacement. i'd never worked on a 3vze before, but i can follow the directions in the FSM, and i check my work. what's your excuse?
