thanks. Still not done. In fact I'm doing a gear swap right now. 3.90s just don't cut it. I'm putting in 5.29s

Glad to see the truck didn't float away! I fiber glassed only the dash pad on mine and it has held up great the one piece did look cool though.

DUDE...these pics made my heart skip a beat. I read back through the thread, haven't been in here in awhile, and when I saw green, I'm like WTH.
But seriously, well done man. All the way around. Nothing but good.

Coming back!!!

I put about 1,000 miles on the truck and got sick or the 22r. Parked ever since. Now I have some time so I’m building a 4.3 Chevy to go in it!!

Nice! I'm thinking about putting a carbed small block chevy in mine. What are you doing with the tranny?

I’m using stock Toyota transmission and transfer case. I’m also going with carburetor. I do not want computer. Cam headers 10-1 pistons roller rockers. Should be good to go

Ok. I've looked without much luck. I'll admit I haven't looked very hard. I have a 4spd transmission, and one place I found said not to use the 4spd. What companies have you found? Thanks, Dean

sandman666, thanks. I found some adaptors at Summit. Best of all I found the name of the company that makes the adapters.

Front end

After the brain surgery and the flood, I rushed to get this thing on the road. So now it’s time to address everything I neglected. Front end total rebuild 1st. Then full spring 5” lift. I have a 3” lift in it now that previous owner installed some 20 something years ago with blocks in rear. I’ve got the new 529 gear set for the front. I’ve had it for about 5 years and never installed.
