1983 Toyota Pickup 4x4

I just bought a 1983 Toyota Pickup 4x4 and I will be posting pics as soon as I take some to post. But as of right now I gotta do some work on it because the Fuel Pump wasnt sucking the fuel up the lines and spitting it to the Carb so I put a new fuel pump on it and it still isnt working. So, I am gonna try an air compressor and blow air down the lines to make sure they aint stopped up. But it will crank if you pour gas in the carb thats always a good sign.

Did you check the fuel filter(s) and make sure they are not stopped up? Wanna see some pictures.

Sounds like the sock is stopped up.....I had to clean my tank out several times..and replace the sock (inside the tank)...My truck sat in a field for almost 6 years..

Although my truck did set for 5 years but I knew the guy who owned it and he drove it u the road about a mile 2 times while it was setting but the last 2 years it didnt move. I am posting pics in a few minutes hope yall like them.
