For Sale: 87 4Runner parts (SF Bay Area)
Hi guys -
Been going through my garage and I want to get rid of a bunch of parts I've had around for a while. Prefer local pickup but would ship on your dime.
These all came off my 87 4Runner. Prices are negotiable, within reason...I want this stuff gone (and so does my wife!).
OEM transmission mount (I upgraded to the TG version) ($50)
Passenger side manual window regulator with crank (works with VENT style windowed doors only). I converted just the passenger side to manual for a few years before reverting back....dumb idea, but the regulator works great! ($10)
Passenger side seat hardware (2 sides and a pole...no release cable included) ($10)
Passenger side seat trim, outer, grey ($5)
OEM calipers ($15), OEM 13/16" Master Cylinder ($15), OEM Rotors ($15) (or $40 for all of it). Did the V6 caliper/rotor and 1" MC upgrade....no need for this stuff anymore.
Glow Shift temp sender adapter for top radiator hose (1/8" NPT). I ended up tapping directly into the intake manifold when I did my rebuild so I don't need this anymore. Comes with hoses only a few years old ($10)
22RE Head and camshaft ($100). I had a head gasket leak and ended up replacing with ENGNBLDR head/cam setup. I'm not sure if this head was the cause of the leak, but it could use a rebuld since it had 276K miles on it.

If so, I have no idea. been on the truck since I got it with 200K on it and replaced it with 276K on the truck. I had a leak from the gasket on the drivers side but I have no idea if it was JUST the gasket, or warpage. If you're going to use this head you'd probably want to rebuild it - there was a lot of build up of carbon, etc on the valves.
Let me know and I can look into shipping to you....

Hi Philbert,
thanks for the prompt response and yes I was refering to the head, is there a way that you can measrue the height of the head so I figure out if it can be repaired.

It's about 3.75" in height. Can't be sure, as I used a ruler and don't have anything more precise....
Head worked, but had a leak on drivers side, which could have just been the gasket, but I don't know. I replaced the head, cam, and Oem gasket all at once....that's why this is for sale.

USPS looks like it will be just under $10 to ship. The think is JUST a hair too large to fit into the flat rate box (that costs more anyway it turns out).
Let me know....
EVERYONE ELSE: Still have the head, OEM tranny mount, brake hardware, and an OEM alternator (I upgraded to GM) avaialable and looking for new homes.....

I'll take the window regulator, I appreciate you being willing to ship. Pm me your paypal address and I'll send payment today.
Shame I didn't know about the alternator, I just had to buy one earlier this week
