How much for complete 5spd swap pieces? ie: trans/tcase, pedals, flywheel, etc.

Hi I need the little drain tube that attaches to the heater core case and go's thru the firewall, grey armrest (in good shape) jack handle and the long bar (someone stole mine) thanks let me know
