Queen Size Bed in a 'separate' bedroom up front.
3 Bunks in the back (bottom bunk has limited head space)
Rear Toilet
Microwave
3 Way Fridge/Freezer
ducted heat
roof mounted A/C
Dinette
Couch (folds down)
Uutside storage upfront that goes through to both side
Awning

It could probably sleep 8-9 but realistically 6 comfortably

-needs:
-Batteries if you want to remote camp
-H20 Pump was bad, needs one,
-Has a full Size Queen Mattress- an RV queen is about 4" shorter in length so current mattress kind of hangs over the edge

-Tires Replaced 2-3 years ago, has two spares
-Level jacks at each corner
-will come with wheel chocks, 2 tire clamps (go between the tires) that help with movement when parks, bag of stackable plastic leveling blocks
-tags good through July 2016
-Equalizing hitch with bars included

I towed this with a 2003 Tahoe and my 2003 Dodge 1500
Full Loaded weight is 7560lbs per the data sheet

Overall in pretty good shape
-We used it the last week of July and everything worked
bought it in 2008 with the intention of using it a lot, we have used it all of 7-8 times, literally once per year. All trips to either Nehalem Bay State Park or Fort Stevens during the summer.
Since we have owned the trailer it has been stored undercover in an outbuilding at my parent's farm.
Currently Parked in my front yard waiting for a new family

We are selling it only because we just don't use it like we thought we would.
Asking $4,750 OBO
Low NADA book is $5500, high $6700

My dad said he had a new queen mattress we could have, so we did not know RV Queen mattress are about 4" shorter than a home queen mattress, that is why it is bunched up near the closet...
