This truck is complete and was running great just a few weeks ago. It started smoking and died. No water in the oil and it tries to fire up when cranking but no go. A real shame. I'm going to sell it complete since I don't have time to part it out.

-Electric fan conversion, 160 amp alternator
-A/C compressor, expansion valve, receiver/drier and A/C hose replaced last year
-Front brush guard, spare tire mounted on rear, running boards, sunroof deflector
-some body damage above left rear wheel
-radiator about 2 years old
-transmission recently flushed

This truck will be great for a 3.4L conversion or maybe get the 3.0 running again. Asking $1200. and that will include a complete set of Bushwacker extend-a-fender guards that haven't been installed yet(paid about $300. for them). Email John at jwnwsw@netzero.net or send a PM. Thanks.

Do you know if that alternater will fit an '85 22RE...

It's a Cadillac alternator and I had to modify the adjusting bracket so it would fit. Not sure if it would be the same for the 22RE since this is a 3.0L. Good luck with yours.
