I'd recommend Adobe Premiere - it'll take you a bit to figure out and get comfortable with it, but it's very good and very powerful.

I like ulead video studio, I use that program for wedding anniversaries, funerals etc. Best this with this is you can synchronize the music with video/photos, add photo change effects etc.

i got vagas but its king of hard ti figure out, do you know something ezer and with a tutorial maybe?

tons of tutorials for vegas on youtube.

been using vegas since version 2. now on version 8. even got a machine running windows 7 64 bits and got the 8.1 which runs on it.

talked to a few sony reps and told me 64 bits wont be faster in rendering except for a few effects. where in those cases were written specially for it so it's much faster.

Sony Vegas most def. Do a search, IIRC correctly there was a thread discussing this same thing.

i have about 5 different editing programs i use but i use sony vegas for my simple videos

then a little adobe after effects if you want to add some explosions in :flame: haha

but i mostly use sony vegas, its the easiest to use and cheap, unless you find it for free! :P

A very reasonably priced (cheap), simple, and easy to use video editor is this one:

http://www.avs4you.com/AVS-Video-Editor.aspx

It's not nearly as powerful/full-featured as apps like Vegas or Premiere, but for the average person who just wants to edit together clips from their camera it's perfectly adequate.

Check out Windows Movie Maker...its free and its already on your computer....Its probably more than enough if you're just looking make a basic movie....you can easily splice some clips together, put in a few transitions between scenes, and add some music and titles here and there and you got yourself a wheelin flick!

Sony Vegas is a great program, easy to use and should not be too expensive.
