Please help!! 1.9 alh swap into a 93 Toyota pickup

Hello everyone!! I'm new to this forum but I need some help. I have a 93 Toyota that used to have a 3.9 v6 in it. I put a 1.9 alh in it and it has been going pretty smith up to this point . But I've run into something I can't figure out. I have the engin In and will idle but I can't get the throttle to work I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but if you have can you please let me know what you did to fix it. Thanks!!

Okay sorry for the delay. I have been hard at it. I have figured out that the motor is in limp mode. I have no throttle response and it is idling at 1200 rpm. It is out of a 2003 volkswagen jetta. It is a 1.9 diesel engine. Not sure if this helps on this forum but I purchased software to talk to the ecm and here are the results. Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to stop throwing money at this and diagnose it. Thanks guys.
