Hi
Nice built.
I saw the tacho did not work, maybe there's a solution here:
http://www.marks4wd.com/tacho-interface.html
I have an acquaintance he uses a VW TDI 1.9 which makes about 500 HP. For street use, it will not be possible as there is too much heat.
The only thing that has changed in the engine is a change of pistons and the top is processed.
Outside is the pump, nozzles, turbo and intercooler changed.
Congratulations on your built.

Dude! ! Wow!! I just finished reading all 9 pages over on TDI Club. I found a 98 Jetta TDI locally with 150K and had always been interested in a swap into my 85 4runner. Starting a frame off this spring if procrastion bug doesn't bite me.
