Yep. Even my Montana raised 85 has a big-ol hole in the frame behind the fuel tank, and we really don't even see a whole lot of salt on the road here, but, time still took it's toll.

Some folks on the Facebook TDI swap group say that they have ordered it. I called DCS today with the intention of ordering, however the person who took my call told me that they are in the process of revising the design. So I guess I’ll wait and see what comes of that. So far it’s an adapter plate kit with the crankshaft adapter. I asked about motor mounts, and they said those are soon to follow, possibly by the end of July. I asked about a modified oil pan. The person I was talking to didn’t know anything about that.

The Diesel Conversion Specialist VW TDI to Toyota R150 is finally available. Right now it's just the adapter parts to mate the tdi to the R150. I do have the mounts mocked up, and they should be available pretty soon as well. There should be a Youtube vid attached.

I called DCS earlier this week to place an order, and was told that they were revising the design. I think I’m going to hold off on ordering and wait until the motor mounts are available. Hopefully I will hear some feedback on the adapter plate in the meantime.
Earlier in this thread you showed pictures of an oil pan you were working on. What came of that?

part #2369 VW tdi to Toyota R150.
Here's a pic of the production version of the diesel conversions #2369 VW tdi to R150. Motor mounts should be done soon, and I'm trying to get the go-ahead to do the oil pan. I think it's just going to be easier (for us) to just build one from scratch.

I just bought
Those parts look beautiful!. I will contact your company tomorrow to check on availability.I just bought a 2005 VW Golf TDI 5spd manual that is my daily driver and I am loving it. I can only imagine how great it’s going to be having a TDI powered Toyota 4x4 pick up truck.

This is clean, thanks for the update!
I am waiting a little bit before moving forward as I am not in a position to move the tranny.
hollingsworth67 is this setup require moving the tranny? I am guessing you may not be able to give me a final answer until the motor mounts are finalized though?
cheers

Nope, nothing has to move. Drivetrain can stay put. The V6 trucks have the trans way forward (the v6 is quite a lot shorter than the 22R) compared to the 22R/w56 trucks. It's what really makes it a more ideal conversion platform to start with. The vac pump and everything fits.

That is really awesome. I don't anticipate any issue with SAS'ed V6 but if you can confirm that also that would be awesome!
Keep us updated when the motor mounts become available!
Thanks!
