My bad I thought I read somewhere that there was a sensor in it haha like 2 sensors one in the case and one in the transmission?

I got offered a 4.7 out of a 2000 Tundra for a good price which combination will work? I want a manual transmission. Also I have been told a 22r block will take a 22re head is that true?
