Runs and Drives but Hesitates and bad gas milage
 

I have a 95 Toyota Pickup. 5 speed, 4wd. Swapped a 97 4runner auto, 4wd 3.4 into it. Converted harness from auto to manual. I have correct MAF and ECM for engine.

Truck runs and drives. slow acceleration, hesitates and bogs.
no codes
horrible gas mileage
fuel pressure is good
02 sensor reads o volts with scan tool.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Working on it right now.

The zero volts on the O2 sensor sounds like it's not wired in correctly. The O2 sensor voltage should fluctuate.

Agreed. Check your 02 sensor wiring. If it's reading 0 volts it's like running without an 02 sensor. You have some sort of wiring correct since you aren't throwing a code but it's got to be missing something somewhere
