3.4 swap with
no charcoal canister
no hoses
no sensors, vsv or vps
tank vent just dead ends inside the engine bay
do have the plugs for the sensors

Already did a little research and found out that while the engine is running the vsv vents the tank vapors to the intake and the vps just monitors the tank pressure.
when not running the charcoal canister collects the vapors for starting or when running.

Would it be possible to run a hose from the tank vent to T fitting vps then vsv then straight to the intake behind the maf but in front of the tb using 1 hose?
I don't want to just vent the line some where else like most people do id like to have quicker starts in the morning and maybe better mileage without having to buy everything.

I would have to get a venting gas cap and both sensors for it seems possible.

Well I just ran a vac hose from the tank vent to the cai behind the Maf and in front of the throttle body..
runs just fine so far and no gas smell when driving, smells when off but that's what the charcoal canister would be for..
I will be adding the sensors to the line soon, vsv valve should keep the vapors from escaping when the engines off we shall see
Keep ya posted..

why aren't you running the 3.0 canister if not the 3.4 one?

Don't have a canister the whole evap was removed by the PO when he did the 3.4 swap..
I don't like the canister under the hood so I'm just trying to find a way around it.

Do you want a 3.0 canister and VSVs? PM me if interested, just pay shipping from Sacramento-ish (Grass Valley).
