Wheel polish question...
Anyone know a good polish for polished alloy rims? I have American Racing Rims, and I was wondering what would be good for getting that "bling bling"(haha had to use that description!) shine!

ordinary white toothpaste. :bounce:

i've never tried it myself but i've heard it'll work. just rub the toothpaste on there with a rag or something and wash it off. minty fresh wheels! :D but if you wanna go get some polish, i recommend Blue Magic Wheel Polish, the kind you get in a jar, not the liquid kind. I've polished my wheels with it once and it worked very nice.

My friend had some AR's on his jeep, and he said to use windex, but AR says to use dish soap, which is what I've been using, but I want a showroom shine. I might try that toothpaste though... do you know anyone that has tried it?
thanks for the advice |
Anyone ever try NeverDull? I imagine this stuff will make wheels look great. Seen it used on aircraft to shine up SS brake lines, hydraulic lines, etc.

I like Eagle One Billet Polish as described on my Tips page on my website.
The stuff makes my sodapop can Centerline wheels look like chrome almost. However for applying, you may find it easier to get one of these handy dandy wheel polishers. It will put a smile on your face :D |
