replacing windshield
 

thanks to a 5-year old boy who likes to toss rocks at moving cars, my windshield is getting replaced free of charge :bigok:

1> what windshield companies do a good job? I have had some replaced in the past that create horrid wind noises afterwards, want to avoid this.

2> are any other precautions needed at the time of replacement to avoid water leaks that others have experienced?
