help please
 

i just got a valve job done onmy 22re and I need to adjust my valves what are the tolerances for the intake and the exhaust. also im going to set the timing can you show me where I need to make a jumper connection on the EC1 and T1 pins. Is this correct? A pic would sure be nice.This is my first attempt at setting the timing so all the help is appreciated. thanks
