maybe you burnt up your ignition coil. was the key turned to "On" with all the gauge lights on when the battery got drained?

This may not help but try to reset your ecu. If that don't work replace your batt and try once more. Just A thought.

Did you do a deep cycle charge without unplugging the leads from the battery? Or did you leave your keys in the on position when you charged it?

I'd say start checking fuses and then pull your efi fuse for 10 minutes to let your computer reset. That's the only thing I can think of.

Good Luck

You might have a bad alternator. see if the lights went away when you rev it.
You can take it to Autozone and they'll check the charge for you.

I'm not sure about the 22RE, but in my 3.0 when the charge and brake light came on the alternator was about to go.
Since your battery was just drained, I'd check the battery connections & make sure they're clean & tight. Take a voltmeter to your battery; prior to starting should have around 12 volts, once the truck is running should see around 14 volts.
You also might want to have the battery checked & make sure none of the cells are dead.
Good luck!!!
