Well I attempted to get it driving today but the transfer case doesn't seem to want to work. So I ordered the adapter from Inchworm Gear to bolt up my 21 spline transfer case that I have.

Gennro that transfer case you are using is it from a A340F which would be 30-40LE on the blue plate on the side of the transmission. I think that was the only automatic trans that year right.
Here is a thread from lextrem , not sure if you had seen it yet .

aslo I emailed inchworm and asked them if their case would work on the lexus tranny and they said yes .
Hey Robert,
The PreRunner Adapter will work with the automatic tranny. You would want part number 300-0053.
Thanks for your business, you can order off the website or give us a call.

I'm using the automatic adpaptor Inchworm sells for 550. Since I already have the VF2A transfer case attached I didn't need to buy the pre-runner adaptor.
So pretty much it is a A341LE with a VF2A transfer case housing and the output shafts swapped with a Inchworm Automatic adaptor to a 21-spine gear driven transfer case. Then using the Marlincrawler VSS that screws onto the speedo cable output.
That should make it all work. Now I have been doing some research and there is a guy makeing W-series transmission adapter and flywheels soon in the US. He wants $250 for the adapter and the flywheel is soon to be announced. So has me thinking about doing a 1UZ swap in a 1982 Celica supra next year.

Yeah, I kind of agree with the others here. This thread hasn't had a whole lot of eye candy. I think if you go to all the trouble to not only do the work but to also start a thread about it you would want to show it off. I know there were pics on the first page. Now we are on page three and you say you are done. Make a video and let us see what she can do.

I'll post up all the wiring information once i get it all done. Same as with cooling etc. Everything else is pretty straight forward. I'm not going to waste my time with the small stuff which anyone attempting this should already have most of the know how, tools, and skills required to do a swap of this magnitude.
Once you have the wiring information the engine is cake to wire up. I'm still in the process of testing stuff out and figuring out the rest of the wiring. The engine wiring is not quite as simple as a 22RE, but its not bad.

reading the last couple post it was obviously you didnt know what you were doing either.
